Eyes is one of the five human senses. Eyes are very precious to every human life. But at this point we often find a lot of bacteria, and diseases that can damage the health of our eyes. So it takes some steps and tips to be able to protect the health of our eyes.

We must protect healthy eyes since we were children. And we also have a duty to protect and care for our children's eyes. Because the eye is the most precious treasure for life seseirang. For that I will try to give some tips to protect eye health and for healthy eyes.

1. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. It is very simple but has a huge influence to the health of our eyes. Eating fruits and vegetables rich in minerals and vitamins especially vitamin A will be able to protect the health of our eyes.

2. Do not touch or remove the eyes with hands unclean conditions. This can make it easier for bacteria and germs interfere with our eyes. It is very common and has a major influence on the health of the eye because the eye will be exposed to direct contact to germs and bacteria from our hands.

3. Avoid reading in dim lighting conditions and are too bright. This will cause your eyes get tired due to lack or excess lighting.
